Water or Oil

"one or the other, decide for Yourself,"
for this is the answer today;
given by Spirit, who not of this world,
hears all that you think and you say;

Spirit, the question, we'd better explain,
for those who are here now with me,
"What is required to go back to One?"
from the Earth, where indeed we're not free?

The thoughts that you think, are a system to keep,
you stuck where the "you" thinks you be,
one leads to the next like a wall made of bricks
so indeed it is true you're not free;

they tell you a story, you seem to believe
that you're weak and so needy throughout,
unloved and rejected, created by Me
in a state of confusion and doubt;

Divinity too has a system of thoughts,
all connected each to each one
but these come from Love with connection to All
it's a song of His Grace that is sung;

Doubt and confusion, or knowledge and faith
tell me your pleasure today,
The menu is set for a feast or a lunch
for a Roast or a pot full of clay;

The two can not be, for like water and oil
would separate, there in the mix,
for the thoughts of this world want to separate from,
the All, -where how could they exist ?

Truth or illusion, there can be but One,
and One is the Truth that brings bliss,
and all that says NO or rejects perfect flow
is from mind that thinks somewhat amiss;

Coming from lack, it defines what it wants
for it's never long happy "to be"
but Love is forever without any wants
so its happy just where it would be;

Now here is a test, to check every thought,
to uncover the end that it brings,
for every thought attracts what is sought,
and what's sought is the "more" that it sings;

So what do you want? Observe what is sought!
and you'll see that your thoughts follow suit.
Look at the goal and see how your role
brings you joy or increases dispute;

For Love is the All, apart you are not,
though your thoughts may still scream in your head,
just watch them in peace and accept them, release,
till the All is your heaven instead;

forgiving your thoughts, is forgiving your self,
recognizing that oil does not mix,
with water to wine, thoughts of Love sweat Divine
will replace thoughts of hate that were fixed.
