Who Knows

Who knows if you will ever get,
to where you think you're going
the mind sets up a path for you
in future, thinks it's knowing;

It says that you will go to B
from A, through X and Y
but when you're at where just you are
your thoughts are not near by.

They're either in the future,
or somewhere, -not with you,
or in the past, imagined,
often this makes you blue;

so practice bringing thoughts here now
just where you hap't to be,
and maybe you won't miss the place
that God has given thee.

Of course you'll find that "here is great"
and just where I need be,
the place where Spirit shines though me
is here where I do be!
