Empty or Full
when we are empty, we are listening,when we are full, we are deaf;
when we are needy, we are focused on
our lacks, in mind, requests;
when we are bitter, we're in conflict
when we're crying, we are cleansed
of our past conclusions knowledge
of our hidden sins, revenge;
to recognize our Lover,
the Supreme One in our lives
is the end of suffering brother,
and the end of doubts survive,
Each day we walk in His Way
for our own has past away,
and what's left is but to listen
to the Spirit who does pray;
In us and every person,
whom we meet or passes by
for we're One in His possession,
not our own, so we need not cry;
So let the ego vanish,
into Love, from where it came,
and let His Love come take us
to His Heart of Grace regain.
