He Present us with a masterly view of India's culture through this age. In this essay also for essential spirit and her character soul, unique genius and power of creates to the period.  As we know that the Indian renaissance to  write about the human civilization and modern ideas of this culture of writing.  Many Indian writer also wrote to a spiritual aspiration was the governing force of this culture. How British people leave them and ruling to India. But we accepted their culture and leave life. Here we see that Aurobindo given Indian culture in effect to British civilization and culture. Aurobindo says that ideal states are only for culture and educated people. His ideas about that confronted with the huge rush of modern life and though invaded by another dominant civilization almost his opposite.  We  should not stick to old ideas. Political unification of humanity as  a very important  part of the psychological sense of social development. He said  that we have thought our self in dustbin. But here we can say that whatever the old tradition. We just keep only things which fetes your modern lifestyle like political social life are connected.

In that essay we see that Aurobindo gives imagination of after British raj how India development and civilized country in third world nation.  As we see that an entire return  upon our self is our only way of salvation. We should avoid mechanical imitation subordination and salvation, social and political  liberty, equality and democracy. Indian  failed to exclude external influence “is India civilized?”
